1.Using CelebrateX

CelebrateX is a celebration-planning platform that connects you with verified venues and vendors. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to provide accurate information.

2.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3.Bookings & payments

When you book through CelebrateX, you enter into an agreement with the relevant partner, facilitated by us. Pricing shown is set by partners and displayed transparently — with no hidden commissions added at checkout.

• All applicable charges are shown before you confirm.
• Booking protection and dispute resolution apply to eligible bookings.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy and the agreed booking terms.

4.Partner verification & conduct

Every partner passes a 7-step verification before listing. Partners agree to honour quoted pricing, availability and service commitments. We may suspend or remove partners who breach our standards.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by posting unlawful content, attempting to circumvent verification, or scraping data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6.Limitation of liability

CelebrateX facilitates connections and bookings but is not the direct provider of celebration services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described here, and partners remain responsible for the services they deliver.

7.Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the platform grows; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
