Your data, handled with care

1.Information we collect

When you create an account, request a quote or use the AI Planner™, we collect details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, city and the particulars of the celebration you are planning.

• Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
• Planning inputs: budget, dates, guest count, preferences.
• Usage data: pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

2.How we use your information

We use your information to match you with verified venues and vendors, generate planning recommendations, process bookings, and keep you updated about your celebration. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our services.

3.What we never do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not publish fabricated reviews or activity attributed to you, and we do not share your contact details with partners until you choose to connect with them.

4.Sharing with verified partners

When you request to work with a venue or vendor, we share the minimum information needed for them to respond — and only after you initiate that connection. Every partner is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

5.Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews. While no system is perfectly secure, we treat your information with the same rigour we apply to verification and trust across the platform.

6.Your rights & choices

You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time, and you may opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and the 'last updated' date above will always reflect the current version.
